These terms apply when you book a consultation with FlabToFit through flab2fit.in. Please read them before you pay.

What the service is

FlabToFit offers a paid one-to-one nutrition and weight-loss consultation delivered over the phone, and separately a longer coaching programme discussed during that call.

The consultation is a conversation about your current routine, what has and has not worked for you, and whether our approach is likely to suit your circumstances. It is a coaching and educational service. It is not a medical consultation, diagnosis, prescription or treatment. Please read our Disclaimer.

The fee

The consultation fee is ₹199 (Indian Rupees), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. This is a one-time fee for a single consultation of approximately 20 minutes.

The fee covers the consultation only. It does not include enrolment in the 90-day coaching programme, which is priced separately and is entirely optional.

Booking and scheduling

  1. You choose a date and an available time slot on the website.
  2. Your slot is held temporarily — currently around 10 minutes — while you complete payment. If payment is not completed within that window, the slot is released so that someone else can book it.
  3. Your appointment is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified by us. Until then, no slot is reserved for you.
  4. On confirmation you receive an email with your appointment details, a booking reference and a calendar invite.

Times shown on the website are in Indian Standard Time (Asia/Kolkata).

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate contact details. We call the phone number you provide; an incorrect number means we cannot reach you.
  • Be available at your chosen time, somewhere you can talk for the length of the call.
  • Tell us in advance if you need to reschedule — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • You are responsible for deciding whether any guidance is appropriate for you, and for consulting a qualified healthcare professional where relevant.

Attendance and missed appointments

If we are unable to reach you at your scheduled time, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you. Repeated failure to attend without notice is treated as a no-show. How that affects your fee is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If we need to reschedule for any reason on our side, we will offer you an alternative slot or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

No guaranteed outcome

Nutrition and weight-loss results depend on many factors that are individual to you and outside our control, including your starting point, health, medication, routine and consistency. We do not promise or guarantee any specific weight loss, inch loss, timeline or health outcome, and nothing on this website should be read as such a promise. Individual results vary.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying you also accept Razorpay’s terms for the payment transaction. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.

If a payment is deducted but your booking is not confirmed, contact us with your payment reference and we will trace and resolve it.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, layout, graphics and materials shared during coaching — belongs to FlabToFit unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, republish, resell or redistribute it without our written permission. Anything shared with you as part of a consultation or programme is for your personal use only.

Acceptable use of the website

Please do not attempt to disrupt the website, submit fraudulent bookings, automate the booking form, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may cancel bookings and restrict access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this website or a consultation is limited to the amount you paid us for that consultation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms or our services. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
